Even though the practice was on a busy road I found the reception area peaceful and relaxing. The receptionist seemed to know who I was before I told her my name- very impressive! The consultation/examination was carried out in a relaxed manner, explanations were comprehensive and all questions answered in terns that a layman can understand
I felt safe and secure under the examination of my eyes. The optician [Bhavin Shah] was confident and seemed to know what he was talking about as I know nothing re: cataracts. I was very pleased with both the receptionist and the optician. Very pleased to return at a later stage.
